Since its inception in 1925, NRMA was set up to help Australians. From their origins as a roadside assistance company, to their current role as one of Australia’s largest insurers, at the core of NRMA is a brand that exists to help people in times of need.
Various permutations of the brand identity had eroded its simplicity and increased confusion along the customer journey. Our job was to create a more coherent brand experience that aided decision making and made product and service choices clearer for the customer. In the process we created a more distinctive brand that operates more consistently in every place it exists, from small scale digital executions through to large format outdoor.
The end result is an experience with your insurance company that’s clear, simple and makes it easier to to achieve the piece of mind that comes from knowing you’re covered.
